This course guides you through each step of writing a winning grant proposal, from the letter of intent to letters of support. The course will take you through the Common Grant Application accepted by most foundations and giving organizations, and will give an overview of Federal grant formats. At the end of the course, you will have a 5-7 page grant written, and have the experience and a model to use for future grants. This course runs from January 25 - March 14, 2010. This event has been canceled due to weather conditions. Efforts will be made to reschedule and the presentation will be reposted on this calendar when a new date is determined. Join USDA Forest Service Research Ecologist John Bradford as he examines past observations and future predictions of climate change and discusses mechanisms behind those changes. In addition, his talk will address how climate change may impact forest ecosystems and what those changes may mean for forest management.
