Today is a page in tomorrow's history books and preserving those pages, along with our memories of past experiences, can be a challenge. We always have to consider the treasurers we want to keep and how to preserve them for the future, while deciding what to do with items that are no longer valued – maybe your local historical society can help.

| This 40-hour course is designed to prepare the boiler operator or those preparing for employment as a boiler operator to take either the Minnesota Low Pressure (C Level) or Minnesota High Pressure (Levels A & B) Boiler Exam for the following classes: special engineer, 2nd class engineer, 1st class engineer, or chief engineer. The contents include the following: Low pressure - valves, steam traps, pumps, flame safeguards, burners, safety valves, boiler room safety, and hot water boilers. High pressure - condensers, steam engines, mathematical formulas, boiler room safety, and hot water boilers. Class runs from October 26 through December 7, 2010.Weekday classes are from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday classes are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, see registration form for details on dates.
